1A. Bank account information (Plaid)
In Short: We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to read our own business bank accounts for bookkeeping. We do not use Plaid to collect information from tenants, visitors or other members of the public.
Mishkrich Management LLC, doing business as MKZ Management, uses Plaid to connect to bank accounts owned by MKZ and by the property-owning companies it manages. Only MKZ's owner connects these accounts, on behalf of those companies. Through Plaid we receive account names and numbers (masked), balances, transaction history and bank statements.
We use this information only to keep the books of MKZ and the companies it manages and to reconcile their bank accounts. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with our accountants and tax preparers, or when required by law.
The information is stored encrypted on MKZ's own computer systems and is kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting record requirements, then deleted. When a bank account is closed, its Plaid connection is removed within 30 days.
Plaid's handling of the information it collects is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy at Plaid End User Privacy Policy .
